Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All order are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your item has shipped with your tracking information.
USPS typically delivers within 1 to 5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout when placing your order. If you need to change your address, please email hi@sportinitboutique.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Holidays may cause slight delays in package delivery. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by mail carriers and cannot refund shipping charges if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. USPS first class mail takes 2 to 7 business days to receive. If you need your items sooner, please choose another shipping option at checkout.
UNDELIVERABLES + MISSING PACKAGES
Sportin It Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly with any issues. You are responsible for entering the correct address for delivery. If any package is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES + ESTIMATES
Free shipping on all orders $100 or more.
$8 flat-rate shipping will be applied to all other orders.
UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Priority Mail - Carrier rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Priority Mail Express - Carrier rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UPS Next Day Air - Carrier rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@sportinitboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
