What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do you have any physical store locations?

At this time, no. We are found only online - right here!

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Sizing + Models guide. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a store credit.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on
your shipping location.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. View our full shipping policy.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use USPS for all U.S. orders. USPS typically delivers within 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. All order are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. USPS typically delivers within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping for customers shipping to an address within the contiguous United States on orders totaling $75 or more, after taxes or promotions.

Damaged Items

What do I do if something in my order is damaged?

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date. If there are no damage claims within these 2 days, a return will NOT be accepted. Please email us at hi@sportinitboutique.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Sportin’ It Boutique is not responsible for any damages to your items once they are washed by you. Please follow care instructions or use the hand wash cycle and do not dry.
