RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Sportin’ It Boutique, we understand that sometimes every item doesn’t work out, and thats okay! We want you to love your purchase made from Sportin’ It!

Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Item(s) MUST be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately after this timeframe, your item(s) will not be eligible for return. No exceptions.

Items purchased must be in perfect condition to be returned. All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor and free of makeup + deodorant stains.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if the item you are returning is in stock, you can use your e-gift card to purchase a different size. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Any reduced priced items of 20% or more are FINAL SALE.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Please make sure that what you’re returning meets our return policy and is not a final sale item before you ship it back.

  • Include your packing slip and the reason for your return.
  • Please use USPS, UPS or FedEx (any shipping method that has a tracking number).
  • Please email hi@sportinitboutique.com for authorization and return address.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return for your e-gift card that will be sent via email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your merchandise. If there are no damage claims within these 2 days, a return will NOT be accepted. Please email us at hi@sportinitboutique.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Sportin’ It Boutique is not responsible for any damages to your items once they are washed by you. Please follow care instructions or use the hand wash cycle and do not dry.
